- ▼How is the monthly price determined?
- The monthly price is based on a 12 month loan at 0% APR.* If you prequalify, this is the payment method accepted on Club 14. There are no prepayment penalties or origination fees, and seeing if you prequalify does not affect your credit score.
- ▼Where can I find the retail price for each item?
- Retail price for each item can be found under the add to cart button on the product page.
- ▼Is the product new or used?
- All products are new and covered under the manufacturers limited warranty.
- ▼Can I buy the product?
- Yes, by checking out on Club 14 Golf, you are obtaining a loan to finance your purchase. Our financing partner charges no prepayment penalties, so if you prequalify, you can pay off your loan early at any point. Purchasing brand new golf equipment is easy and affordable through financing from Club 14.
- ▼When will my product ship?
- All items that are in stock will ship out the following business day, after registration is completed. Any custom items shipping directly from the manufacturer may take 14-21 days.
- ▼When does the billing start?
- Your first payment will be due 30 days after your purchase date. You will be billed each month according your loan agreement with our financing partner.
- ▼Do you have a return policy?
- You can return all NEW and UNUSED items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, you cannot use the item, it must be returned in the original packaging, and all the accessories (head cover, wrench, etc) must also be returned.
- ▼How do I return my item?
- Contact us via phone or email to arrange the return. We will send you a return shipping label via email.
- ▼What happens to my monthly plan once I return the club?
- Assuming your return is received in new, unused condition, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.
- ▼What payment options are accepted?
- If you prequalify, you can pay back your Club 14 loan with a bank account, personal debit card, or mailed check. If you wish to pay via alternate payment, or you do not want to take out a loan, please call us directly at 630-791-9567.
- ▼What happens if I lose the product, or it is damaged?
- If the damage isn’t covered by the manufacturers warranty or if you lose the club, then you will be responsible for the full balance remaining on your loan.
- ▼What are some examples of items you won't refund?
- All returned items must be in new condition. Any items that have been removed from original manufacturer packaging and used or hit will not be accepted, and they will be returned to you.
- ▼Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship in the United States.
- ▼Do I have to pay sales tax?
- We only collect 8% sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois. For all other states, we do not collect sales tax.
- ▼What does it cost to ship my order?
- All orders ship ground and free of charge to the lower 48 states (excludes Ping). A small surcharge applies for items going to Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us today for a quote.
