Contact us within 30 days of receipt and our team will create a return authorization for your order.

Send It Back
You are responsible for return shipping. We can also email you a return label for a small charge. Contact our team for details.

Receive Your Refund
Once your eligible return is received in brand-new, unused condition, any payments already made will be refunded to you.
Financed your purchase?
No problem. If your return is accepted in new and unused condition, any payments you've already made will be refunded.
Your financing plan will be adjusted according to the terms of your financing provider after the return is processed.

To qualify for a return, equipment must be in brand-new, unused condition with its original accessories.
New & Unused
Items must be returned brand new and unused within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Original Accessories
All original accessories included with the equipment must also be returned with the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Club 14 can provide a return shipping label for a small charge.
